Pool Construction

This post is mostly here for Grandpa and maybe Uncle Matt, but it may be interesting to you and to other people as well so I'm leaving it here anyway.  I took pictures all throughout the pool construction and have compiled an overview of the process here.  Enjoy!

Before:

1st step was to remove the woodwork from half the length of the house.

Next:  demolition.

Time to dig!

This was the condition of our front yard for 3 long months.

Rebar.

Gunite.

 

Trenches.

And lots of pipes.

12 pallets of pavers.

Coping.

Paver prep.

Putting sand in the cracks.

Tile.

Stone on the back wall.

Building the bench.

Pebble finish.

Project complete!  Woohoo!
