Today was our second follow up appointment with Dr. Nourmand
and you weighed in at 9 lbs 8 oz, up 12 oz from last Thursday. This made me so happy and lifted a huge
weight off my shoulders. As it turns
out, we’re not such a bad team afterall on this breastfeeding thing and we’re
going to make it work just fine.
Dr. Nourmand also gave me the okay to squeeze in an extra
hour between nighttime feedings since things are going well, and that was music
to my ears. I had been having to wake
you every 3 hours, which meant we were only sleeping in 2 hour intervals, so
this was huge!
Today was also our first attempt at a backseat feeding
session (while in park, of course) and I have to say, after a little coaxing,
we were fairly successful. Go us!
